Circumstances: On 02-24-16 at approximately 2300 hours, Jeffrey's wife Susan went to bed while Jeffrey was seated in his recliner watching TV. Susan awoke on 02-25-16 at 0230 hours and realized Jeffrey had not gone to bed. Susan searched the house and discovered Jeffrey's laptop, briefcase, cell phone and vehicle were missing. Susan could not locate Jeffrey in the house. A short while later, Susan called the police and reported Jeffrey missing.
