Circumstances: GRISSOM WAS ON A GROUP FISHING TRIP ON 11/19/16 ON THE POTOMAC RIVER NEAR BRETTON BAY IN ST. MARY'S COUNTY MD WHEN THEIR BOAT OVERTURNED. GRISSOM WAS WEARING A LIFE JACKET AND WAS LAST SEEN FLOATING AWAY FROM THE BOAT AND HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE. THE INVOLVED VESSEL WAS LOCATED FLOATING UPSIDE-DOWN FIVE DAYS LATER IN VIRGINIA WATERS OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY.
