Circumstances: Chelsea has recently relapsed on heroin and was involved in an abusive relationship with a man, James Ohlinger, 42, of 315 W 28th St Lorain, Oh since June 2017. Chelsea had contacted me on Friday, August 18th, asking for a ride home and I picked her up in Lorain at the Ohlinger residence. Chelsea was covered in bruises and described horrible abuseand possessiveness from James Ohlinger. Chelsea was last seen alive in the Springfield area between 12:30am and 1am August 20th, when she dropped a friend off. She left, stating she was returning to James in Lorain, Ohio, a 3 hour trip. 5am was the last time she was active on Facebook. Chelsea has always remained in contact with family and we have always been aware of her location. James has served prison time for domestic violence.
