Circumstances: In September 2006, Kristen moved from her home in Wheeling, West Virginia hoping to leave behind an abusive marriage. She moved into a friend's apartment in Martins Ferry, Ohio. On October 1, 2006, at 1:00 a.m., her estranged husband, James, came to the apartment. James was seen in security video shows carrying my Kristen'slifeless body out and throwing her into the trunk of his car. The timestamp was about 1:30 a.m. on October 1, 2006. James allegedly bragged to friend that he had murdered his wife and her body would never be found. James Anderson killed himself and Kristen's remains have not been located.
