Circumstances: Last seen 03/13/08 in a gray Ford F-150 with her estranged husband. A cell phone tower has a recorded call coming in to Rachel's phone at 9:30 with the husband answering the call. The husband was seen at his home twenty miles from the location where the call was received at 10:15 am. Rachel's husband was found deceased on 03/16/08 as a result of a self inflicted gunshot wound. No one has seen or heard from Rachel. Law enforcement presumes Mrs. Conger to be a victim of murder-suicide.
