Circumstances: A neighbor reported the victim missing on 5/14/85. The victim was a retired police officer who was 82 years old and sometimes became confused. His vehicle and his dog were found abandoned in the Lake Lowery area of Haines City. PCSO Auxiliary, Posse, K-9, aircraft, and volunteers searched the area where the vehicle was found. Two ponds were dragged with negative results. There have been no new leads or information pertinent to the case. DNA collected by the Saratoga Springs, NY Police Department and sent to the University of North Texas.
The victim's neighbor last saw him at approximately 1600 hours on 5/13/85 putting a lawn mower in the trunk of his car
