Circumstances: On 02-17-02 Samuel Gentry left his parent's residence in a vehicle. The vehicle was later found in Moody Texas and had been sold. Samuel reportedly had been admitted to several mental institutions in the past and was suicidal. Samuel had left on a prior occasion and had been found near Waco Texas at a roadside park.
