Circumstances: FATHER HAD NOT HEARD FROM SON SINCE JULY 2002 AND SUSPECTED HE HAD A METH PROBLEM AND CONCERNED AS TO WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED TO HIM. THEN FATHER SPOKE TO A FRIEND OF GRETH'S IN DEC 2002 AND WAS TOLD, 'I THINK SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED TO KENNY...I THINK SOMEONE MARCHED HIM INTO THE WOODS AND TOOK CARE OF THE MONEY HE OWED.' THE FATHER HIRED A PI AND IT WAS SURMISED THAT GRETH HAD FELONY WARRANTS AND WAS HIDING. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CHECKED AND GRETH DID NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE WARRANTS. ON AUG 15,2009 A VEHICLE REGISTERED TO GRETH WAS FOUND OVER AN EMBANKMENT OFF BEAR CAMP RD, OREGON. NO SIGN OR REMAINS OF GRETH WERE LOCATED.

the gearshift appeared to be in gear and popped out when I bushed against it
crawling into the vehicle
the seatbelts appear to all be intact none of them appear to have been in use
I did not see any blatant evidence of body fluids or other debris inside of the vehicle or
amongst the surrounding debris
registration for the vsehicle plates PNU060 were for October 2002
