Circumstances: Jason Roark, an assistant manager at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Snellville at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on a surveillance tape entering his black Honda Accord at 11 a.m. on 11-9-2006 and leaving the Gwinnett Inn Motel located in the 4100 block of Hwy 78 in Lilburn, Georgia. His car was located at a rest stop in Morgan County near Rutledge, GA on Interstate 20 east of Atlanta.
