Nevergiveup: Please look on semefo.mx (Tijuana morgue for unidentified persons) a woman matching Cynthia's description and likeness was found days after her disappearance on October 21 2007. Another woman (I am certain is my missing mother also from California who disappeared on October 19 2007) was the other victim. Stockton police said case is cold and refuse to open it. If anyone has advice on how to bring these women home to the U.S. please help.
