Circumstances: Roger stated that he said had an appointment at 7pm on 09-04-2010, but didn’t say where or with who other than Roberson County.
Roger is a friendly person who often helps homeless people. His family states that Roger told them that he was going to go attend a meeting. Roger’s family states that it is possible that he went to visit a individual that owed him money. His family talked to him by phone shortly after he left, and then a short time later a friend briefly talked to him in Red Springs.. After Chambers left the friend, he reportedly went into town ( Red Springs NC ) and was never seen again
