Circumstances: On 11/09/1999 the Desoto County Sheriff's Department received a call from the Cheyenne Police Department advising that Katherine Lowery's children were located in Cheyenne, WY with her boyfriend, Steven Deloge. Both children advised that they had not seen their mother since Feb. 1999 in Olive Branch, MS. Steven Deloge advised that Lowery just left one day.
Steven Deloge is serving time in Wyoming for sexually assaulting Lowery's daughter. Deloge is also suspect in the disappearance of his sister Elizabeth Eisle AKA Danielle Deloge.
