Circumstances: My brother Jeff was contacted by local law enforcement for incident at a convenience store. Julianna had tried to cash a personal check and was denied, resulting in a fit. Diagnosed and treated in Ohio to be paranoid schizophrenic in 1999-2000. Was estranged from family and denied her condition. Was not taking medication at the time.
