Circumstances: Aylsworth was involved in a pursuit by the Cincinnati Police. While car was still in motion at a low rate of speed, Alysworth exited the vehicle he was driving on the Brent Spence Bridge. He hurdled over a concrete barrier and jumped 115 feet into the Ohio River. He was not wearing a shirt when he jumped. Aylsworth suffers from a medical condition and was being treated by a doctor.
