Circumstances: A torso, identified via DNA testing as being Amy Giordano's torso, was recovered from a pond on Staten Island, N.Y. on March 23, 2008. Pending location of Amy Giordano's skull/extremities, this case is still being treated as a missing person investigation.
Amy was last seen at approximately 6:30pm at the ShopRite Shopping Center near US Hwy 130 and Town Center Rd. in East Windsor Township, NJ. On June 9, 2007, Amy's boyfriend and father of their 11 month old son, abandoned their son at the Christiana Hospital in Delaware, NJ. All personal belongings were left at residence including her glasses which she needs to see.
