Circumstances: Missing since 20th of July from her apartment in Kingsport, Tennessee. Left behind her apartment and cat and all her belongings. Hasn't been heard from by friends or familiy since. Cell phone is disconnected. Cara has never gone missing without contacting her father, mother or aunts. We have had no contact since July 20th. Her facebook and myspace account have shown no activity.
