Circumstances: M/P and one adult friend were checking crab pots in a small boat on Hood Canal off Pizmo Beach on the Coyle Peninsula when their boat capsized. The M/P attempted to swim to shore but sank beneath the surface. Extensive search efforts could not locate the M/P.
