Montand: Regarding Trial – it was a no evidence case. Ray Peavy (police person) did not interview me and I was a lifelong friend. In court he /they didn’t even know who I was/am. Put someone in prison, without doing a real investigation. DA became a Judge because she was able to get Bruce in Jail “with no evidence”. Lots of fabrications in court -- first case “Bruce was broke and did it for the Money” , 2nd case “Bruce was rich and did it to keep all the Money” -- I am glad they knew he was so broke in first case ? The fact is they didn’t know much – except for the fact they wanted to get promoted.
