Circumstances: On 04-15-12, Shiflet was reported missing by his caregiver. It is reported that Shiflet is mentally challenged and suffers from several mental disorders to include depression, personality disorder and also has behavioral problems. Shiflet becomes angry and paranoid when he is not taking his medications and is unable to care for himself. He has a history of walking away and also has been reported as being suicidal in the past. Shiflet has been entered as a missing and endangered person in NCIC.
