Circumstances: Bensimon's wife left their home around 0830 hours on the morning of 8/20/1985 and Bensimon was on the phone. He had told her that he would be staying home to do yard work. When she arrived home from work around 1700 hours that evening he was gone and the yard work had not been done. The house was locked and Bensimon had left everything behind other than his keys and wallet which were missing. Foul Play is a possibility.
