Kelly: UPDATED Tuesday, April 23, 2013 --- 10:00 a.m. Press Release from Janesville Police: On 04-22-2013 an autopsy was conducted on a body found in the Rock River in the Town of Beloit. The identity of the body was confirmed as Ryhene Jamel Thomas DOB 06-10-1987. The cause of death is drowning. No foul play is suspected. Mr. Thomas was reported missing by relatives in December of 2012.
