Circumstances: Last seen at approximately 5:21pm at an ATM machine at 1204 S. Main in Blacksburg, VA. He indicated that he was going to the WVU-Maryland game near his home in Fairmont, WV. His Geo Tracker was found parked in Fayette County, West Virginia on U.S. Route 19 at the intersection of Lancing Road near the New River Gorge Bridge five days later, on Wednesday, September 23. It was out of gas, and the keys were still in the ignition.
