NORFOLK Five boats on trailers stolen from a marine dealership have been recovered and a guard dog that was shot is expected to recover. The missing boats were found in the 2100 block of Springfield Ave., police spokesman Chris Amos said Saturday. VIRGINIA BEACH Police charged a man with second-degree murder after his ex-girlfriend was found dead in her apartment in the 1500 block of Hiawatha Drive on Monday.
